Gear Up Leadership AB was founded in the fall of 2025 by Niklas Eriksson and Pär Skoglund Finquist. Our mission is to give leaders inspiration, energy, and practical tools to create clear and effective leadership, while also providing the opportunity to grow in their leadership role. We take your development seriously—but the journey should be fun. We do it with a twinkle in the eye and laughter along the way.

We achieve this by combining the latest research with practical, real-world training, enabling participants to immediately apply new knowledge in their daily work. We make it simple and engaging—helping leaders become more confident, self-assured, and capable of making a real difference for their organization, their team, and themselves.

About the Leader’s Toolbox concept

The Leader’s Toolbox concept is designed to put you in the driver’s seat of your own leadership, helping you develop a more active, enjoyable, and sustainable style. It provides practical tools to create clearer and more conscious leadership, along with insights that make leading both easier and more rewarding—so you can achieve better results for yourself and your organization.

We developed the Leader’s Toolbox to provide a simple, user-friendly way to highlight the key leadership capabilities (behaviors) we believe are essential for moving freely between different leadership approaches within an organization. The toolbox illustrates the importance of daring to shift gears and connecting all aspects of leadership—essentially, taking control of your leadership, making the right decisions at the right time, and knowing when to shift up or down to maintain maximum effectiveness in any situation.
