About Niklas & Pär
Niklas Eriksson and Pär Skoglund Finquist both bring decades of broad leadership experience, having worked with several management teams, both in Sweden and internationally. As experienced leadership consultants, they’ve spent the past ten years developing managers and leaders at all levels across a wide range of organizations.
They both believe in creative mindful leadership and are passionate about making leadership a living, everyday practice.
Together they have written the books ”The Leader’s Gearbox – Start shifting gears in your leadership (2023) and The Leader’s Gearbox – Your Path to an Active and Joyful Leadership (2025)
About Niklas Eriksson
Niklas Eriksson was born in Stockholm and is an experienced leadership consultant and coach with a wide-ranging background in leadership at all levels. He has been part of several management teams, especially within the pharmaceutical industry, both in Sweden and internationally. Niklas believes in authentic, empathetic leadership, guided by the principle of maintaining “a cool head, a warm heart, and clean hands.”
About Pär Skoglund Finquist
Pär Skoglund Finquist was born in Borås and works as a leadership consultant, coach, and facilitator. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has spent the past decade focusing on management and leadership development. Pär advocates for a creative, mindful approach to leadership—one that values coaching over micromanagement, honest challenge over criticism, and always puts the organization’s success before personal ambition.
