Evelina Balfe – Stockholm

Evelina Balfe is a leadership consultant, coach and facilitator with experience in developing leaders and teams. Her focus is leadership, group development and behavioral change, with a particular emphasis on psychological safety, responsibility and what makes a difference in everyday life.

She works at the individual, team and organizational level and creates movement from insight to action. Håkan Björnqvist - south Sweden

Håkan Björnqvist has many years of experience as a leader and manager at all levels, both directly as line manager as well as within the HR area. He has worked for both multinational organisations and entrepreneurial companies in technology, sales of services and products and education/school operations.

He has for more than 20 years, both as an internal consultant and training manager and as an external consultant, focused on developing, designing, and implementing customized leadership programs. Uses a concrete and coaching approach with a focus on strategic goals, combined with an excellent ability to facilitate, which adds significant value to the organisations. 

Gabriella Svanberg - Stockholm

Gabriella Svanberg is a licensed psychologist and specialist in neuropsychology with nearly 30 years of experience in developing people, leaders, teams and organizations. By combining neuropsychology, behavioral science and leadership, she helps organizations create conditions for sustainable performance, learning and well-being.

She has worked in healthcare as well as occupational health, the public sector and business, with assignments in leadership development, team development, supervision, management support and organizational development. Gabriella has conducted research in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and worked with the development and training of executive functions – the abilities that lie behind focus, self-leadership, decision-making and the ability to change.

The common thread in her work is to create environments where people are given the right conditions to think clearly, feel good and perform sustainably over time.

She is appreciated for her ability to translate complex knowledge about the brain into concrete insights and tools that create real change in everyday life.

Sara Sjöblom - Gothenburg

For more than two decades, Sara has worked to support people, leaders and organizations in development and change – often in situations where on the surface it is about behaviors and performance, but where the real change occurs through a deeper approach and increased self-awareness.

Many people come to Sara when they are faced with a challenge or have a desire to grow and develop. With an academic background in work and organizational psychology and health pedagogy, combined with extensive practical experience in coaching, leadership development, facilitation and group development, Sara works with both presence and structure to create sustainable development and change. Sara is used to planning and implementing training, facilitating development processes and supporting organizations in change.
